The headlights looks more like a TVR sagaris to me.

Anyway, it looks nice from different views, but it looks kind of awkward from the side view. Proportions look off, mainly the back.

This car was part of the thread at CG-cars.com. They were having a s2000 concept competition. Pretty incredible work these guy did. THere are a 2 other s2000 concepts there too. Check it out.
