I don't believe this was ever offered as a traditional lego "set" but rather a custom made LEGO "sculpture" made by Sean Kenny

A link to his site above... The cost for one of these is $475 on his site... A bit much for something so small and easily accomplished by someone with the required LEGO bricks and LEGO know-how.

The S2000 has the oldschool 3 spoke Advans while the police car has concave RPF1
