Absolutely. My sister's kid will be 1 yr old the day after Christmas (and don't worry... I'm not that guy that buys a Christmas / Birthday present... there will be more than one present).

I spent an hour at work today to see if anyone spoke Japanese... obviously no luck. If you can set this up... I'm first on the list.
