Default S2000 Targa top?

Ok So a buddy and myself had this odd idea... Take a Spoon hartop... Make one cut and make it into a targa top. Obveously there would be a tad more work needed to make it look just right. But has anyone ever tried this or seen it?? I have seen some 350Z's with cut roofs into targas and it looks good. The reason I am asking is because I love putting the top down in the summer... But LOVE the spoon hartop! So why not have the best of both worlds! Here is my MS paint while at work of what it would kinda look like. What you think?

i too have thought about this, but in the end it seems there is no secure way to keep the top mounted to the car, and hacking up a $4,000 top is out of mu league.

LMFAO! ahaha I know it was just an idea, I know it looks odd but I really can't decide if I like the top down that much to not have this roof!
