Only the V-6's were.

4cyl. = 4 lug.

Umm...that just looks like an Accord with nice wheels. I have seen 4 AP1 front's on a red 00 Prelude down here in San Diego and a Yellow Type R integra with front and rear AP1's on it YUCK!
