Those are the 06-07 ISX50 rims. 08 has the same design but in a liquid graphite color. 09 has a different style all together.

Wow that is the first nice sc300 I have seen in a long time, most of the modified ones I see look totally jacked out for some reason. The lip & wheels look great on this one though.
