nice vid, i wonder what suspension set up they are running on that car?? i know the GP sports coilover are built to drifting specs....

i actually attended that show and it was the most badass car/drift show i have EVER been to

i'll try to get some vids up of that particular S2K for anyone that is interested, it was all carbon fiber btw =]

he he, there is a secret to that power steering problem. more to come... its no longer a S2k steering rack, more angle, and its no longer variable.

the car is running the RS*R iShock coilovers, which is a race specific coilover. i called, and found out that MSRP on these are $3,500+!!!!! pretty damn nice though.

Fun to see an S2k drifting... however... When I went to D1 and saw the Japanese drifters man... after seeing that this guys drifting looks like it's being done by a 2 year old .

He's far from the wall, and his tail doesnt go nearly as wide as japanese drivers do.

At anyrate he's still got more going on than I can do atm... man us USA drifters suck

well its not that simple. you have to look at the differences in the cars too. at D1 they were using all cars that are known for being amazing drifting cars. the S2000 no matter how good the driver nor the work done to it will not out perform a car that is known as a drifting car.

^ i agree... but its good to see that the s2000 is getting better and better at drifting with new setups and awesome drivers
