I had another post about the S2000 font and ended up just manually creating each character within the CAD software. The part will be laser cut, so part of the

I had been leaning towards number 3. It retains the characteristics of the logo the best and the horizontal line flows better with the part it's going to be placed on. Number 2 is nice and might look less out of place if I rounded the edges, but the diagonal lines just don't feel right either way.
