Owner (lung7707) is from Singapore - quote-"The matt car is based in Singapore. It took about 6 days for the car to be wrapped in a matt black "sticker".
Cost of the job was about US$1700 as compared to a full matt black paint job which would have cost about US$2300."
I don't know why anyone thinks it's retarded or dumb. It'll show more the contrast between pearl shine and semi-gloss which is already found between the winshield and the body of a satin black cars for example or the headlights and the body. what do you about 2 tone color coded cars ? what I'm referring to is 2-tone black gloss on a car ?
RUEHL925 picture also shows the transition between the shines and it looks great.
My question is. How does one take care of Satin Black paint? I mean, if oils get on it, can you simply just take to quick detail, or soap/water... How do you keep it clean? And how well does it stand up to UV/Sun and rain exposure/moisture exposure? Ohhh and how well does it stand up to flying debris... gravel and or chips off the roads?
