Well, I been here for almost 2 weeks now and i finally got to a place where I will be staying for a year or maybe little less.
The compound isnt that bad at all. All the gatorade i can want and Air conditioner...
what can i ask for more? well...only thing is, i have to pay Iraqi for internet use, which really sucks. i'm trying to use my rank and get wireless internet down here so soldiers can use internet from their rooms.
i'm in southern baghdad and no one wants to come down here because civilian contractors are too affraid because i'm in a bad area.
anyway, i been going out shooting... my M4, ak 47, 2 different sub machine guns, at4 rocket launchers, and few grenades.
it has been fun and i wanted to tell friends here that i made it ok and i hope to drop by s2ki and see what is you guys are up to now and then.
