No, I think this is bullshit just like you do. It's just that he is taking care of it (we hope).

Most scammers would just disappear. He definitely made a huge mistake by not fully disclosing the condition of the headlamps to you.

 

i have apologized to BNB about the situation and will return the lamps to him on monday.

To make things right I have offered to reimburse him for his shipping expenses but he has declined.

Well I will do what it takes to make this right.

 

Shouldn't have happened to begin with, but I do applaud the response and give respect to you!

sorry to hear about the $5500 loss...

i think we've all been ripped off by 'bad' products both off/on s2ki (say ebay, think craigslist, etc.)

however, speaking personally, the money i've SAVED have tremendously outweighed the money i've lost... think of it as the stock market good luck in the future man! it's gonna be a new year soon!

 

I actually got the $5500 back, if you think I was mad now, pfff you have no idea.
Granted I acted a little harsh, but in my own defense, I was very upset at the "moment" and as long as sebring s2k is is making right of the situation, there is not much more I can say. I do appreciate him contacting me promptly and not questioning the situation.
