Arrow SHIFT KNOBS

Does anyone know which shift knob sits the lowest? Or are they all at the same height? ARC Ti, Voodoo, or MUZ? I'd like to see some pics as well.

So when I take the nut off when I get a new knob, I can leave it off and it will sit lower?

Of course I plan on getting a countersunk knob. So do they all basically have the same height?
