running the car hard through the gears can be referred to as an italian tune up or blowing out the carbon. carbon built up on pistons or valves is "blown out" by the hard pull.

Normally, I would say that type of behavior is extremely reckless and irresponsible on public highways... but since I know that this video was completely done with CGI (and I mean everything from the road, the cars, and even Phil's low drag, aerodynamic dome) all I have to say is DAMN!!!

This was shot over two years ago when I first got the large tires. It was putting out 450 rwhp at the time. No tire spin what so ever.
