Default SIK 2k Projekt

I got my s2k with 150k miles. Picked it up from a different state and drove it to my home state. I'm just going to copy/paste...

Just got the motor. I'm going to fully rebuild it and then swap it for the motor in my car. Time to start researching what internals to go with. (750whp built)

I own a tint/clear bra/vehicle wrap company so I decided to go with matte white.... Also the gas cap was covered with 3M CF vinyl and then clear coated to look just like real cf
The vinyl goodies came in

What you know about that flat white?????!!!!! Also got APR mirrors....

1/3 of the way done....

GPW paint comparisson to matte white vinyl

downforce fenders (you can see the Tein Circuit Masters)

OEM fender comparison

My friend needed money and sold me his 5zigen(I saw this on another s2k on the forum and fell in love with the love)I powder coated them neon fluorescent yellow

I got Tein circuit masters installed too... love them.

This is as it sits right now. Ill have the outside done by next week

Rear fender flares is also whats coming next... CF flares with FRP extensions

Started cutting my fenders today for my flares... OUch! It was scary at first. Ill finish it tomorrow since the welder I rented didnt work.

My boi hammering the inner quarter panel on to the outer one

04.07.2011

Welding the quarter panel. Yup I know we kind of guetto rigged it

The final piece. Looks kind of dumb but looks tits with the flares

Taped on there for the mean time. I wrapped the flares in matte white

I actually have CF flares so I decided to cut the vinyl and expose it... illest!

I heart how my car is looking!!!

Im so irritated with the suspension. I couldnt get it to be ligned up. Some pics I snapped

The wheels look way better in yellow than the original finish. Looks like your off to a good start on the build. I'm not feeling the carbon covered fuel door. I just don't know why anyone would want their fuel door to stand out. Reminds me of people who paint things on the exterior that can be pulled off easily, ie door handles, mirrors, etc. just for the sake of having another "mod." It just looks like a black square to me and draws my eye to it when I look at the car. But looking forward to more pics.

Awesome.

I REALLY doubt anyones eyes will be drawn to a carbon fuel door before their eyes are drawn to the shiny neon yellow wheels haha. Car looks great, I know for you obviously it would be cheaper, but for a customer how much would you charge to wrap an S2000?
