As long as your happy although I think hot rod black (aka: flat black) belongs on old cars. The s2k is far too beautiful to have no shine

yea I wonder how you would clean that up?? I mean I would think that you would not be able to polish, wax, or seal it without making it look glossy. Its different though.

it's the same thing, it has a clearcoat just like most car but when the painter lay down the CC, he added dulling agent to it

unless, it's a SS job]

looks good, different and good

I just got the car back yesterday so I am not sure how well it will hold up. Should be pretty good. It is from House of Kolor and it was cleared with House of Kolor satin clear.

After one day, it is absolutely covered with finger prints! It is amazing how well finger prints show up on the car.

I will take pics outside soon, I hope. Weather is kinda crappy here right now.

I really wish I could lower it. Not practical here in Korea. Unfortunately the glossy floor makes it look like it is much higher than normal. I scrape the front bumper when leaving the gym. If I am not REALLY careful I can bang the undercarriage on the metal barricades when they are fully down. You have to drive over them, and the really suck.

I have always thought this car would look great in a matte or satin. It has great lines and angles. I think it looks totally menacing in person.

So far the chicks hate it but the guys love it

That's ok. I think it looks outstanding. Glad most of you do too.
