Thinking about it. Have a seat swap with a local guy. Still debating.
Great deals come and go through eBay if you're willing to spend some cash.

Plus, blue seats fetch less than black ones, so if you sell your black ones you'll most likely end up making money.

There's a local guy here with blue seats in his Integra (don't know if they are stolen or not). He wants to swap, since his GSR interior is all black, so it looks dumb with blue seats.

But obviously I would have to buy the blue door inserts..which aren't easy to come by. How come the blue seats fetch less than black? I would think they would fetch more, since there are less of them?

That sounds like a good deal. I think the blue seats are worth less to people because of the exact reason you stated. Yes they are more rare, but they "look dumb" in many cars. A few folks didn't even them in mine. Imagine that!

I got the pair blue seats with 7 on them miles for $500. The door panels cost me $250.

It took me a while to purchase some because I wanted the seats to be in excellent condition. I probably got very lucky, but I've been shopping for quite some time.

My blue door panels (without the center part) are for sale if you are interested.

*sigh* ...if only...

I know at least 4 people who would be driving a MCB s2k if Honda brought them here. I'm one of 'em.

Hey Rane,

I myself love the silver blue combo. I too got shot down when I asked about a blue top on a sebring but I thought it looked great. I went ahead and did it, and now it's been 4 months and I love it. A lot of other S owners like it as well. Go for it

Awesome. Honda actually suggests installing the blue top on either GPW or Sebring according to the options poster I was looking at while visiting my dealership for an oil change.

Any pics?
