Default single turbo Supra build...

My roommate and I drove up to Baltimore to pick up his Supra back in September of '06. Stopped at a McD's on the way home/ a "before" picture :

Parts started coming in pretty quickly (within a week or two). The turbo setup was:

SP GT800 kit
Greddy 4 row intercooler
HKS Carbon Ti exhaust 100mm

we bolted it together in the garage to see what it would look like.

and progress pictures from the first day:

2 shots of the Greddy 4-row:

he cut and welded the right pipe for the intercooler, just put it on for a test fit before it got polished:

one with the new plates on and a quick dyno, wasn't looking for big numbers here as it was still on stock fuel, etc. Just trying to work out a couple kinks.

New headlights and HID's. Big improvement.
Old vs. new:

HKS Drag coilovers:

Fuel and torque converter. Torque converter was never put on the car, BTW.

two quick shots with the new wheels on:

CCW Classics (Track Version)
tires are:
285/30/18 BFG KDW's up front
315/30/18 BFG Drag Radials in the back

We also took a "before" video with the Supra before the fuel setup went on. The challenger? An '05 Viper SRT-10, only thing it has is a full exhaust I believe. The Viper pulled the Supra from the 55-140 roll and also from the 35 roll. Did a few others as well but I can't remember what speed we were going. Supra did good though, it was keeping up pretty well, good races. I got 2 halfway decent videos out of all of them because the Viper was losing traction like crazy and it's hard as hell to keep a camera somewhat steady between that and it jerking me around between shifts. I should have rode in the Supra

all he needs is a fuel system and a good tune. He should be able to outrun that Viper.
