No offense, and not to burst any bubbles, but that Viper was most likely not going all out like the Skyline...out of every corner, you can clearly see the Viper pulling away, he just wasn't as hard on the brakes and turning into the corner...even on that last straight, he was pulling away until he decided to let off and let the Skyline pass.

whether your statement is right or not; why are you on this site? 1- you don't own an S and 2- you post a lot of negative statements about the things people appreciate here; the S and JDM.

isn't there some "owners of old BMWs" website you can go off to

rofl.. do people not watch the speed gt series? the viper slowed for one, it was its first lap out so its probably warming up its tires. second, the guy who drives who drives the automotive forum skyline is a horrible driver and has finished dead last in about every race last season.

Not to start a flame-fest, but porschefan has a point.

The video is from a World Challenge weekend at Laguna, and it's obviously either a practice session or a qualifying session. The WCGT cars are a lot closer in performance levels than that video represents. As far as I know, the Skyline only ran a limited schedule in GT.

It's still a fun video to watch.
