Wow...I didn't think a car of this caliber would draw so much negativity. In my humble opinion, I think it's an absolute work of art! Sure, the term "bricklike" is feasible, but what an elegant brick it is. I'm a huge fan of it's geometrical design and much like the R33 and R34, I'm sure it looks much bigger in photos. As far as weight goes, the Skyline has never been a featherweight anyhow, but judging by the vast amount of visible Carbon Fibre, I'd be willing to bet the car appears much heavier than it really is. If I'm in the position financially when the R35 arrives, you can count me in!

Pardon my non-automotive inquiry, but whose picture is that on Porsche518's avatar? My S2000-related train of thought was vaporized upon seeing such beauty...

Ouchie mama! ongala!

I bet that thing has the aerodynamics of a 1979 Ford Econoline van.

Same here. That is what it was suppose to look like. I was ready to trade in just at the sight of it. Instead we get a brick in a metallic shade.

Kind of even looks like a 3rd gen corvette (stiingray type) from the rear 3/4 angle.

Either way, this car is FUGLY. Nissan just can't seem to get it right......just like their horrible job on the 350Z.

I think they're buying their drugs from the same dealer who supplies Craig Bangle (stylist of the BMW 7 Series notoriety).

And the R34 is SOOOOOOOOOOOO beautiful. Such a shame they had to break with tradition.
