Sleepy's Black and Blue Introduction
Does anyone out there actually have 56-k? I'm assuming that if you have enough money for an S2000 you most likely have cable/dsl/ or if your at work or school running a T3. So why does everyone write sorry 56kers, or 56k no no... I mean if you are running 56k...my bad, but I really doubt it. Unless you are that dedicated..
Woke up really mad..
Woke up really mad..
Thanks, everyone, for your comments! After seeing so many 'here's my whip' posts in the past, I felt obligated to at least TRY to compete... So many nice ones out there, from the 'hell-no' bone stockers to the 'mad jdm'-ers, and everything in between.
Hey Ryan, bibdoq - The heated seats are really nice, and in a car that is great to many because of its lack of 'luxuries', something I think should have come standard. The heating elements weight nothing, and as much as the owners manual says that the 'top down heating mode' heater selector switch will keep you warm with the hood down, I beg to differ with them
.
Toucansam - as S2KenC mentioned, I found that in the trunk of my S when I got home from the dealer
. If you got your S brand new, I'd ask them for it, if you got it used, time to contact the seller, and see if it's just not gathering dust in his garage rafters. It does make the car look cleaner, even if it is a PITA to install every time you go top down. Most S owners I know NEVER use them, and I even use mine sparingly.
Vampire - Thanks for your opinion, its appreciated, and I thought really hard before I got the wheel. The last thing I got, actually. It does look good in person, darker than the photo appears. And when looking at the orange gauge cluster in the background, the complementary orange color against the blue? Well it's
. All that said, I kept the stock one, just in case I ever changed my mind
freq - How lame am I? Didn't even know the '04's and '05's HAD heated seats... Well, so much for my comment above...
hyun83 - Um, ok... Sorry you woke up on the wrong side of the bed and picked this thread to, um, vent. I acknowledge your point, and offer this rebuttal: Many more things to be mad at in the world then my dial-up warning. Hope your day improves...
