The car in that first picture was in an accident; the airbags are even deployed. Furthermore, based on the rust on the calipers and hubs, lt looks like it's been sitting in that condition at a salvage yard for quite some time now.
This car was supposedly just fixed? In this dude's "before" picture, the car has a repainted front bumper with yellow fake vents:
...and the car at the top of the page doesn't. Hmm.....
