That's not a photoshop job, that has a body drop kit and airbags. The airbags lay the frame on the ground, and the body drop kit lays the actual body on the ground instead of just the frame.

The purpose is the same as lifting a truck, mostly for attention, but it is pretty much impossible to steal wheels off of a truck with bags when the bags deflate and the truck sits flat.

You would have to be in a pretty crappy part of town for somebody to want to steal those wheels though, gross

No, you cut the top of them to make them fit. There is actually two huge holes under the hood. If you popped the trunk you would see the top of the front tires almost touching the hood.

The angle on the wheelwell in the bed looks wrong. Notice the back window is angled to the right. I would expect the center of the rear passenger wheelwell to be at a similar angle.
