That's not a photoshop job, that has a body drop kit and airbags. The airbags lay the frame on the ground, and the body drop kit lays the actual body on the ground instead of just the frame.
The purpose is the same as lifting a truck, mostly for attention, but it is pretty much impossible to steal wheels off of a truck with bags when the bags deflate and the truck sits flat.
You would have to be in a pretty crappy part of town for somebody to want to steal those wheels though, gross
