Haven't noticed any heat soak. I don't daily drive mine though... might be a different story from someone who sits in traffic on a daily basis.

 

the reason I asked because when I purchased the car in 05 I was driving it a lot in the summer time around the city and I did notice heat soak. It scared the shit out of me, I thougth that I had engine or transmission problem. But after I installed the k&n drop in filter and j's racing snorkel the heat soak disappeared in summer here in Virginia

 

I just installed it over the winter so i'll be curious to see how it does this summer....
