It says its for 400m which is roughly 1/4 mile.

The Ferrari left the line quite a bit later - way off on reaction time there. If they timed from the moment the tree light up green, the Smart car would have definitely been faster.

I'm still betting the Ferrari had an ET that was quicker.

Regardless, horrible time for the Ferrari. That car is a full second faster in the 1/4 mile.
