So my Dad and I took the Cobra and S out on Sunday evening to rip up some local roads. This kit took my dad, myself, my 2 brothers, and a few others 1.5 years (off and on) to complete. The result is an incredible 2200 lb, 350 horse screamer!! The lack of power steering and over-abundance of power prevent it from taking the S in the twisties, but the car is amazing nonetheless. Paint and interior will be completed in the fall. Enjoy!

Get the vents and whatnot done and then shoot it flat black!! I like the way that looks....maybe do the shelby stripes in clear coat with some blue pearl in the clearcoat = teh hawtness

My dad has picked Velocity Red (new Mazda color with heavy metallic) for the main color and a metallic white from Lexus for the stripes Right now you are looking at the sanded gel coating on the fiberglass body.
