Default So this is what happens when

I was on my lunch break at work and I was hungry, so I ran outide stepped in my S and started on my way home to snag some grubbage. I noticed there were some nasty looking clouds outside, and it looked like it was going to rain anytime. I was about half way home, and all of the sudden torrential rain fell with wind gusts atomizing the rain before it could reach the ground. It was raining so hard, I could barely see 10 yards in front of me. My town, just the other night, had a tornado touch down, and a ditch about a block away from our house had filled up pretty high with water. So I thought it would be alright to continue because our neighborhood doesn't flood, but what I didn't know is that the ditch had overflowed flooding the street right before my turn onto my own. I was unknowingly driving straight into a river of water in the middle of my street and before I knew, water flew over the hood of my car and I hear a knocking noise from the engine and then it stalls. Well. . .here's the result.. . Guess it's time for an F22 swap.

*Update* This weekend me and a few trust worthy buddies are gonna pull the motor and check out the damage to see if anything is salvageable from the bottom end. Maybe the crankshaft. .

Wow. Sorry to hear that happen man, but look @ the bright side. If you use your F20 ecu you can get an F22 that revs to 9K also!

I doubt it. Unless the CAI broke off and hit his oil pan.

Sorry to hear about your car man. Hope she gets fixed real soon.

I think he means, was it a cold air intake that sucked up the water. I think we all understand that an intake couldnt smash a hole in the block.
