I need to get a piece fabricated to cover the surrounding area around the boot, as you can see it doesnt look good. I will get something made where the center is a perfect circle. Just enough room to go through all the gears but will hide the edges of the center console Once I do that I think it will look awseome

But I love the way the car looks without the crappy oem plastic boot.

 

It doesn't look bad at all without the shift boot, wow.
