VAFC is the A'PEXi VTEC and Air/Fuel controller. Made a nice noticiable difference in the car's power as soon as I tuned it.

Do you think the VAFC would show a noticeable difference on a stock car or is it only affective on a modded car (i.e intake, exhaust etc.).

Mine was stock when I installed it, and still made that nice difference... Do a search on VAFC Setting Library and you will come up with a ton of setups, most dyno proven.
