i have the option and best motoring video of that race with the C-ken/Spoon/J's racing S2000s... they say that the reason the J's Blew up like that was b/c it over reved! That j's motor was the F20 stroked by J's to a 2.2...in which they had to lower the rev limit from 9k to about 8.5K..they mentioned that for this particular race, the J's team raised theyre rev limit to 9K
(they also mentioned that the piston speed of the (stroked 2.2l) @ 9K is the same speed of the stock stroke f20 @10K......therefore the kaaboom!
