Love that bumper!!! i always thought fog lights would look silly or inadequate on an S but YO!! the spoon bumper just makes it perfect!!

 

That is the ugliest bumper I have seen It doesn't flow at all with the rest of the car. This is a case of premium rice.

 

Well I assume since they use it on their RACE CAR that it's aerodynamically tested, no? And isn't the definition of "rice" putting parts on the car that are unnecessary/non-functional? I'd assume a race spec front fascia built by spoon has SOME function....

 

LOL well then is the owner planning on tracking the car? Otherwise I'd say it falls into the unnessessary category. And until Spoon release aero testing data I wouldn't assume anything.

Again, my opinion.

 

I'm sorry but anything SPOON is hardly rice. Now had it been a Weapon R front (if they made one), or had neons behind it.....then you can call rice. Or maybe a....nevermind. I'm not getting into it.

Thanks for backing me up guys. I actually don't plan on tracking the car nor driving it on the streets, its will just sit in the garage and I will hold future car shows here.
And to clarify the paint process, the entire front clip including the Cwest fenders will be Rio.

 

Hey I'm sorry if I offend anyone with the rice comment. I'm just sick of this forum calling anything that's not made by Spoon or Mugen crap. I've seen cars that look twice, are twice as fast, but still bashed on for lack of JDM parts. I don't care what brand name is on it, if that front bumper was made by weapon-r you all would be hating on it...go figure.
