Looks like silverstone to me. Your friend's car probably got resprayed, that's why it looks darker and newer.

shoot silverstone's between ap1's is diff,i bought fenders off of a 03 and there darker then my 00 body

^^ Like I said, the paint on cars age so the older it is the more likely it is to fade and discolor.
