Just got back from Irwindale. DC edited the video of me last night getting my D1 license- well, that and also the crash from today. I put it into the last wall in my 3rd quallifying run.

As bad as the video looks, the car is not in horrible shape- needs some suspension components and some body panels, but the frame is straight.

Also, here is the list of NEW D1 licensed drivers from last night.

Thumbs up to steph though hes like the Bo jackson of sport compact now adays

 

That looks like a tricky part of the course. My friend also crashed his 350Z on Thursday at the same spot.

 

In that crash video the car looked like an RX-8.

the gears on the S are way too short for turbo....sounds nice though. sucks he smashed it too.
