At the Streets
thanks for the comments fella's. I will definately be bringing the car out to the track again but hopefully I will be more prepared with proper equipment.
to answer some questions there was no timing available at the track but the fastest mr2(actually an MRS) out there was running 1:27 according to his trackpack gps system. Im no where near that time since i was sliding around alot through the freshly paved chickane section of turns 4-6.
no issues whatsoever during any of the runs throughout the day even as the track heated up. each run was about 25 minutes long and the intake definately help with throttle response as the engine climbed through the revs easily.
i would rather enjoy driving the car than letting it sit at a show. its definately alot more fun! like you I'm glad its still in one piece even though i was expecting to break something. lol
Wheel specs are 18x10.5+22 all around. the fronts uses 10-15mm spacers to achieve the 22 offset but I didnt use the spacers so the tires does not catch the fenders through the turns. Tires were 275/35 front and 285/30 rear

any issue on overheating..... since everyone was or is concerned on the PASSWORD JDM INTAKE overheating cause of the snorkel is way too big.
cant believe this went to the track...but entertaining nonetheless..nice pics and glad to see the car came back in one piece
whats the wheel specs?
