Ok cool, thanks. Materials and stitching isn't an issue. We would more than likely "mass" produce, with "mass" being a relative term, the headliners with the option of a custom headliner. Thanks for the input.

I got a chance to see the suede (or alcantara) headliner he had made for his Mugen hardtop, it was beautiful. It make the cabin very quiet...it looked BEAUTIFUL!!!

i have been thinking of this since the day i decided i wanted a hardtop....i wanted to do it dark gray alcantara with my black interior.....i was thinking of using alot of adhesive and then possssibly a few small screws and then hunt for some type of decent looking screw cover, to cover up the exposed head of the screw
