yup im 19 full time student and working part time. no money.

but dont paint ur wheels. save up.
im saving up for ce28's. guess how much i have? 0.

school > car.

once im done with school ill be banking! woohoo!

you don't need a TON of money to purchase quality wheels... keep your eyes open there are some quality wheels around for $700-1200 used. I've seen Volks/Works/etc

Just save up. You do know paint is not free? The money you were going to spend on paint can go into a jar and start your wheel fund.

Also, with that hood you are going to need some aggresive wheels to pull it off. It just looks out of place to me on a stock car... other than your mugen lip...

But yeah, just slow down and wait it out. Only a few people have been able to pull off painted wheels.
