I guarantee that the owner of the truck doesnt have enough coverage on his policy, so the guy will have to sue him for the rest or use his own pilicy. Thats the risk u take driving an exotic car on the streets. A state farm agent told me once that they only pay what the max is on ur coverage, so the ferrari guy is screwed for the most part.

What really sucks is that if it was the truck driver's fault, I really doubt that his insurance will cover it. Most people have a 60-100k limit on vehicle damage. So the guy with the f150 is going to be stuck paying what 100k out of pocket?
