OK... I have Tanabe Super Racing Medallion in my S2k, I love the Sound, Looks and Performance of This Exhaust But i See in other Posts that a lot of People Hate on that Exhaust....

I love mine..... I know some Fellow Members have it to and they Like it....

I think the fact that it sticks out sideways instead of straight out may be why people don't like it.

It almost seems like Tanabe just picked out a set of Civic exhausts and decided to tell people they fit the S.

 

they look like a pair of boobs that hang out sidewards

Everybody Hates the Tanabe

My God......

 

For some reason it reminds me of a cow. Makes me want to milk it.

 

It's cause of the huge canisters stick out so far and are disproportionate to the little S'.

 

Visually, the muffler design isn't flush and canisters don't line up to match the lines of the car. The slant look of N1 exhausts only apply to single output types ... This has to be the only dual to try and imitate that look. I'm sure performance can't beat better than an Amuse dual R1. But of course, that's my opinion.
