Default Tech2 Billet Rear End Mounts

Hi guys I just wanted to share with you a new product we have
developed for the S2000. We have come up with complete billet
replacement mounts for the rear end. Instead of billet inserts like
J's racing uses, we decided to replace the complete mount. We have not
determined pricing on them, but we would like to get your thoughts as
well as what you would expect to pay for a set. J's Racing sells them
for $696 and they are only inserts, we intend on selling them for much
less then $696 and ours are completely billet. The fitment is
excellent, and we plan on having them anodized once they go on sale.
Drew

That is nice indeed, what is the purpose of it? Also for creating your own products rather than imitating it!

lol i havent been under my S yet, but they look to be the mounts that hold the diff to the frame. i assume they are stiffer than stock bushings, but wont that put more stress on "the weak point"

NO, if its like the billet pieces ive seen on nissan 240sx difs it will take the slob out of the factory rubber (assuming the s2000 dif have rubber bushings in its mounts) for a more solid grip on the dif when racing extra you have no flexing and possible bind extra......def nice pieces

Drew,

How many pounds of stress are they tested too? (ie; density, depends on the qulaity of billet) They look awesome however I would like to know their functionality under extreme conditions such as Autocross?

Thanks!
Jeff

Damn those look nice! Are some motor mounts / transmission mounts also in the works? I've always been interested in getting a full mount set (engine, trans, and differential) but they cost TOO MUCH when ordering from any of the Japanese makers.

Amazing job, can't wait for these to hit production.
