That's the NEW Hybrid system by Tein. They have a demo car installed with that system on a Scion Xb. From what I heard, there's only about half a dozen of shops that know's how to convert the EDFC to make it compatible with the Hybrid System.

You can also apply to take a 3-4 month course in Japan to learn this.

yeah, i spoke to tein, they are out for our car. I decided not to buy them though, not a fan of the twin tube design but they are a great value for the money since they are cheaper than the RA's even with the EDFC option.
