Tein Flex
Here's mine, although I'm you've seen these pictures because I whore them everywhere. The coilovers had plenty of threads left to go, and this was a little over 2 inches lower than stock... Unfortunately I just raised it a little because the car rode like crap.
24" ground to fender w/ stockers
24.5" ground to fender w/ 18's (less sidewall compression)
keep in mind oem tire is 25"
i can go 1" more front and 3/4" more rear but noone in their right mind would do that.. as u can tell my front bumper and FRAME is less than a key off the ground.. meaning.. i decapitate every animal on the road

when i first got the suspension.. i spent 2 weeks adjusting..
lowered to approx where i wanted.. drove slalomlike for 100 miles to settle.. measured... checked air pressure... checked.. then adjusted susp.. redid this a few times.. @ full @ half tank @ empty
so that when car is 1/2 tank their all even.. full the driver side is a lil lower empty.. the opposite..
24" ground to fender on each corner w/ stocks.
24.75" ground to fender with the matte GM 18's (-1* -2.5* camber)
24.5" ground to fender w/ mag blue 18's (-3* -4* camber)
any lower front.... hard to turn.. rubs in 4-5 places.
any lower rear..... makes car crooked and stupid looking
so i stick to 24"--->25" on all my cars. keeps corners tucked and fram on ground.
keep in mind.. anything AS tall or shorter than your key.. means you cant get over it.. i have a few speedbumps that the frame slides on.. so theirs really no point in going any lower... because would be undrivable.. ive been riding slammmmed for the last 3-4 years so im used to it and can get up/down pretty much anywhere.. just from learning how by making mistakes

how do you guys like the flex? i'm pretty much torn between kw variant 2, koni yellows/ground control, and flex.
im leaning on the flex just because of edfc and the fact that the spring preload an the height can be adjusted independantly of each other. but i get mixed reviews of the flex suspension.
as for driving that low. .my old car's frame was a little lower than my key, and it's very challenging, but you eventually get used to it and learn where you can and cant go, and how to get there

as far as tire to fender.. i cant put a finger in at all.. i can put like the key in but has to go upward the tire is inside fender 1" all around.
as far as choosing susp..
the flex rebound is a lil too rigid... but it works fine.. triple perch susp lets u adjust preload and height seperate and also keeps stress level same w/ all drops..
i cant find a susp that gives me the same advantages for under 4k
also the flex comes w/ the pillowball tops so VERY easy install. took me like 35minutes.
