Agreed! Got mine in a few weeks ago, and just installed them last week. Ride is great! More firm than stock, but still very comfortable. That is until I started toying around with the settings in the rear, and completely screwed things up

Do you have the initial settings from Tein? I have them in Japanese, but the numbers don't look anything like the ones on my tape measure, and with the helper spring on the rears, the settings for the original Flex are not right.

Also, I have been searching for a thread for the past few days that mentioned the minimum amount of threads that should be engaged on the lower perch. 275/40-17s going on soon, and I want to make sure I don't run out of room for adjustment. Does anyone recall the post/answer?

BTW, thanks for the pics! (and sorry for somewhat of a threadjack)
No prob on the hi-jack . I couldn't figure out anything on that damn instruction manual. I basically left it as it was, but made sure everything was tightened done. I'll check it again tomorrow after I put some miles on it. Sorry I'm not sure how much threads need to be left. Couldn't find much using the search function.

looks good, I would drop the front end a little bit more waiting on reviews on these, i heard they are supposed to be pretty good.
Yeah. Stupid front is bothering me. I'm going to give it a couple more days to settle till I fiddle with the height. BTW does anyone know the correct way to lower or raise the car. Use the lower(third) perch right? I don't want to mess with the springs so yeah.

Yeah, don't mess with the upper perches, that was my mistake! I think I have it all sorted out now, though... just needed to raise up the upper perches in the rear. It felt bouncy before, but I just took it out on one of my favorite roads, and it is feeling much better. Seems backwards to me from everything I have been reading about preload, but I think I was just thrown off by the helper (tender?) springs when I set it the other day. I'm still curious about the initial measurements from Tein, though... anyone with them still in the box want to measure?

As for ride height, I have been adjusting it on the bottom perch by unbolting it from the A-arm, and raising/lowering it there.

Here are a couple of pics... about 1 finger gap in back, 1.5 in front. Once the springs settle and I get the new wheels on, I will mess with it some more, but right now, I am very happy with it.

And, of course, the EDFC in the standard AP1 mounting position

I will, I will. Geez people! Right now my front is still a 2 finger gap and the back is about a 1 finger gap. Once everything settles some, I'll lower the front . I'll post new pics in a few weeks.

Looking good man. I need to get an EDFC. Adjusting that driver side rear is a pita!
