sorry to hi-jack but after doing a few searches on here i found that there are mixed views on wether to use springs or not.

i am going to be putting a new set of 17" wheels on the car and want to lower it at the same time but dont want to spend loads on coilovers so was just hoping to use springs.

for daily road driving and no track use this should be fine, right?

its the teins that i want to use to.

dangdatsdanny: Nice S!

For some reason, your S looks much more lower than everyone else with the Stechs. Maybe it is the angle? I have Stech's now, but not installed. This thread is making me reconsider though, not sure if 1" is enough drop for me. Is anyone else finding that there car is much more soft and bouncier than stock?

I will be on 18's this summer, so maybe 1" is enough?
