Come on now JsAP1. $33K? VW? Coming from a guy that drives a $90K NSX? 420HP V8 and quattro AWD makes it worth $66K. A fully loaded M3 Cab costs almost as much, and the RS4 is better performance-wise.

Yeah well a 1990 VW Jetta is far different than a 2006 Audi RS4.

I think VW/Audi has vastly improved its reliability and quality control in recent years. My friend just brought a new GTI and the fit and finish is amazing.

And it you want to talk about overpriced, the NSX is the definition of it IMO.

I agree with you on the NSX part. Boy do I ever. But it was a goal for me and it was accomplished.
In the end, that is all that matters.

Yeah. Sorry bro I just dont think Volkswagon is worth that kinda money, even today.

I had a bad experience when I went to buy a new Volkswagon Jetta in 1990. A brand new one while I was test driving it died on us. They had to tow it back to the dealer and we found out later that day that the wiring harness had started to melt. They didnt know why so to me Volkswagon is done in my book. Since then I think they are a crappy car period.

IMO its a $30000+ car. I dont see whats wrong with that. I really dont care what type of numbers they put down. Its the quality control thats crap with Volkswagon.
I dont want to debate this because I feel thats what its worth not a penny more and I am entiltled to my opinion.

FYI used NSXs are $30000-$70000.
I see what you're saying Chris but then let's look at the Porsche, definitely an overpriced VW

its nice car but here how I think about Audi, They will always be second or third to Benz or BMW. You wait until new Bmw M3 comes out, and thats the problem. I would never buy a use s4 if I have a choice of an M3.
