Default Timeline of my 06 S2

update: heres a quick vid of a 1st gear wot in a closed parking garage.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6IDQZWCtxcs

I saw some threads about other members pride and joy so i wanted to share mine. It's currently not done at the moment since some of the parts are taking MONTHS to get here and trying to find a decent shop that can fully install my vortech sc and tune. My main goal is to make it a track/touge monster and also have the looks to back it up and possibly be featured in a magazine. But i know that wont be anytime soon so im going to have to wait patiently and continuously dig a deeper hole into my wallet. . I'll start by doing a little timeline of the car and end from it's current stage.

May 27th 2006 (Purchased the car brand spankin new with 0 miles on the odo)
The FRESH new car smell was GREAT considering this was my first brand new car. oh and btw its a 2006 GPW/black interior. The fastest color .

4 months later after the break in period the mod bug started to bite.
I purchased an AEM cold air intake, Js radiator cap and some new tires. Took some pictures at my school in the parking garage.

now after about a year of ownership i decided to change the look of the car.
Added a CF hood, lip, mirrors,mg wing, dual exhaust and tinted my headlights

Shortly a few months after i decided to take the wing, tint, exhaust and intake off and purchased an ings+1 rear bumper, Js header and intake, CF trunk and gp sports sideskirts

couple weeks after that pic was taken i let my GF take the car out for a bit and while she was parallel parking she "accidently" stalled and hit the curb while the car jerked forward. My bumper + cf lip was pretty much gone so i decided to purchase another ap2 front with oem lip. It looks a lot cleaner now

Few months later after debating whether or not if i should keep the car i decided to go ahead and finish the project and hopefully get a feature. I started buying a bunch of exterior mods that include a Js type s front and sides in carbon, Js wide fenders, Js Type 1 GT spoiler, Js cfrp/frp hood, Bride Zeta III, Topsecret Diffuser, 6pt cusco cage, tinted taillights (thanks rick!), vortech supercharger etc etc...

took this photo from a member taking a pic of my car at a random spot

and shortly after that i received some of my Js parts and got them painted. This photo was taken on the 23rd of nov and since then i received my 6 pt cage, supercharger + kpro, new wheels and KW V3s. waiting to be installed

Excuse the poor pictures and the car being extremely dirty. The car is nowhere near complete since most of the parts aren't even installed yet. The Hardtop will be getting painted and hopefully the new wheels, coilovers, cage and supercharger will be installed. i'll update the post as i start getting a move on and also post a mod list if anyone is interested. I'll be taking some professional shots after the car is complete which is expected somewhere in the middle of january. Thanks for taking the time to view the post and have a happy new year

Comments are welcome as long as they aren't brutal. Tips would be GREAT

Why did you buy new tires only after (4) months of ownership?

Nothing wrong with the original tires. As a matter of fact i still have the original tires that are in MINT condition for sale. I just simply wanted to try a diff set of street tires. I know that stock tires on these cars are good but i was curious since my friend recommended me to a new set.

Nice car. I seen your car for sale on craigslist. Did you decide to keep it or are you still selling it?
