That makes no sense, if he sees you have the tint and is pulling you over specifically for the tint. How are you going to pull over, put the top and windows down, and then all of a sudden claim that it doesn't work? That's like "damn officer, it was working a second ago." As if the cop isn't going to think you must be the biggest moron to be pulling a stunt like that.

lol...they'd probably arrest you for being a smart ass out here. That seriously would not work out here in NY.

Hey guys, I drove around last night with the tint. I was able to drive ok. not really any problems. I even backup into my steep driveway. I can still see the revese lights and a the concrete/grass borderline.

Well I have double 5% tint on my sides and back and the front is tinted 35%. I got pulled over twice last month and as soon as I saw the blue lights I pulled over and put the top down. The cop walked up and said your front windshield is tinted huh? I said yea and he just gave me a ticket for that. He didnt ask me to roll up my windows or anything and even if he did I would say no I dont want to .Its not like they can reach in your car and roll it up for you. I give the cops a hard time if they told me to do that. It works in Hawaii I dont know about the mainland. I fought the front windshield ticket and won.(btw) In the 3 years that I had my 98 integra I got over $3500 worth of tickets and they wernt moving violations. ( tint, no recon, car is too low, unsafe car, etc). With the S2000 Im going to try anything or do anything to avoid tickets.
