Track day pics
Heres a few motors from my last track day at Bedford Autodrome (longest track in the UK at 3.6 miles).
Had a cracking day and took everything rear wheel drive apart from the new GT2 and a 360 Modena but that was because it pissed down all day and the lightweight cars struggled. Mind you the R33 V-Spec (white in picture 14) owner looked surprised when I passed him
.
Enjoy

The M3 was fast. I overtook the owner but got overtaken by an instructor showing the owner what the car could really do. I had a gas but all the mods on my car are track orientated so they helped, apart from the tyres. They are much quicker that S02's in the dry but a bit slower in the wet but with a really progressive breakaway so I had lots of confidence/fun. I didn't see any of the Evo's or the black R34 around the circuit but did see the R34 tank-slap then spin, trying to drift through a fast third gear bend opposite the pits. A big round of applause when he came in

I didn't see much of the 930 but there was a very well driven 3.2 Carrera which followed me near the end of the day. All the other 911's irrespective of age were slow. Must be a driver confidence thing with all that weight at the back. Of course it will be a different kettle of fish in the dry but I still plan on embaressing them come the summer.

I can see a couple of Porsche 930 911s in those shots - they must have been fun in the wet
