In fact, in this very picture you can see how the front is mounted to the very top of the holes available and the back is on the lowest hole.

meaning not level, max angle.

This voltex wing is off a 350Z...the mounting brackets are different due to how the trunk on the Z is angled and how the base mounts are made

yes the picture is very deceiving. You'll have to see it in person

Looks great, I know the wing is needed for the track, but if you drive it elsewhere, I'd find a daily solution.
nick, the car looks great. i think the wing makes the car look better......why cant it be a daily driver? i have the j's body kit on my car and it flows so much nicer with the wing. it's a daily driver. and its tracked alot.

are you telling me that if you took out the screw visible in the picture above and pushed the wing with your hand from below in an upward direction, and then reinserted the screw that it would not "level" the angle?

if i do that, the wing will start to point up. I'm telling you it's already level. I look at it every day. You have the J's type 1 wing without the garney flap in the back so your side plates are an accurate reflection of how level your wing is. On mine, I have the garney flap, so it looks more extreme fromt eh side than it is. The mounting plates under the wing do not reflect the angle either because they are offset...the front holes are lower than the rear holes...hence why I have mounting the front on the high hole, and the rear on the low hole.

As I said this wing is off a different car, so the mounting plate is slightly different. i dont'w ant to argue because i see the car everyday...i already know that it's level. Look at picture number 5 on my first post...does it look angled? no..it follows the general line of the car.

I see what you're saying, and the endplates are definetly deceiving, I just think that even on picture 5 it looks angled.

Luckily it is adjustable and it's your ride and you do what you want with it. And I'm the first fan of any S turned into a track car.
