the fire was really short, all the tires are all there still ,none of them were melted

ahh, jealousy, i wish i had the time/garage space/money to have a full on track vehicle. congrats, i am excited to see someone has the testicular capacity to attempt the rebuild.

I'd take a good look at all the bushing, o-rings, gaskets, sleeves, etc. in and around the engine bay and on the steering/supsension linkages.

Good luck with the build...paint it a better color though, like Berlina Black.

Wow, you've got one hell of a build up coming, and I can see (from your parts list) that it's going to be a pretty badassed track car.

Personally, I'd be a little hesitant to start working on a car like that (fire damaged). BUT, if everything checks out (like you say it does), then all the better. Keep us updated!
