Leo (dxlst) took the pics. He did one with a 25 second shutter speed, and one with a 30. The 25 had really good light trails from the street, but the cars were dark. The 30 had really good lighting on the cars, but too much exposure time for the lights behind the cars...they just turned into a white light. So, I took the background of the one I liked and the foreground of the one I looked and Photoshopped them together. I also removed the parking lines, and did some motion blurring of the stuff behind us, and some color treatment.
