i used to paint myself but it always chips or doesnt look good.. best results gotta bake the paint.
these will only look good for the fist couple of weeksbut if you are buying wheels soon its kinda ok i guess
should look good when dropped!
Both cars look good. To the OP, I would also look into getting the front bumper (or possibly the entire car) repainted, that front lip looks weird being a brighter shade. Or see if you can restore the paint somehow.
I am either going to get the wheels powdercoated or get new ones. I was just bored and can;t afford to mod much right now so It is just something to satisfy the modding itch so to speak.
and zbrew, i know it sucks knowing it looks so different but there is no way i can afford to get the car repainted unless someone decides to key it lol

ahh, irony at its best, first thread i find. I'm one my LAST bloody wheel, just finished lowering the car, painting the calipers, and replacing the pads. I did it with grey premier then semi gloss engine enamel, 2 coats pre, 6 coats paint. leaving the center hub polished, no lip or red strip, looks reallly good.
i'll post pics soon. i also sanded them down good.

From the look of it, you could just get the bumper repainted and have them blend it in w/ the fenders and hood, shouldn't cost more than about $150
